PS4 [Bug in Unity]: Trophy Glitch
I didn't get the trophy "Ransacking Versailles" even after I collected all the chests and cockades in Versailles. Ubisoft seriously should make a patch where bugs like this could be fixed, for example the golden diamonds (bug since Dead Kings DLC) etc.

[PS4] AC Unity: Dead Kings Problem
I've downloaded AC Unity: Dead Kings and after it has downloaded I clicked start, it said no file was found and it directs me to AC Unity's page on the store. When I tried opening it inside the game, there's no hint how to open it. I stand in front of the carriage at the Cafe Theatre only to read about it but not launch it.

What???? A new DLC????? For free????
What about those who paid to have the Arno's Fealess Outfit? What about those who have problems using their outfits and weapoins?? I still can't use my Arno's French Rapier and Arno's Dueling Pistol. I paied for them...LOL! This has been going on for 2 months. I have made several tickets. What is going on. AND....still Ubi**** sends out a mail to tell me how much they appreciate me going for the Guillotine Editon Pack and Season Pass. The Arno figurine and Elise Figurine is great btw, but I can only use Arno's Fearless outfit.
This has happened before. Ezio outfit!!!! Those of us working hard to unlock that in Initates, are NOW, no more special then a LEVEL 1 INITIATES!!!!
Why give a unique outfit away??? Is it a easy cheesy way out of complaining people??? Brag them???

I will have refund for all my Unity content. I don't want a stupid old game like last time (still haven't picked one from the season pass). I also recommend all other players buying these exclusive items to do the same. Ubi gives 'em away for free anyways.

PC Outpost reset itself ?
I just finished my latest playthrough but left a few of the bomb defusals etc to do later. Today I noticed something unusual - Lhumtse Barracks outpost was still showing the red flag for enemy occupied. I checked in my Progress and it said 24/24 Outposts liberated. I got closer and there it was with the fire burning, Royal Army on duty ! Has anyone had this happen ? I cannot have used Outpost Master as I hadn't been near it all day.

Hello, I'm new here so I'm sorry if this is not the place I should be posting, but I need to ask..how long will the Pierre Bellec boss fight from AC: Unity (PC port) be glitched for? I got the game for 40 bucks when it was on sale on steam and people have been asking to patch this fight ever since last year and nothing...makes me think Ubisoft really doesn't care about PC gamers but oh well. I just wanted to know if anyone has found a way to fix it or if they will patch it soon.

Pierre Boss Fight Glitch
Hello, I'm new here so I'm sorry if this is not the place I should be posting, but I need to ask..how long will the Pierre Bellec boss fight from AC: Unity (PC port) be glitched for? Fire in the Deep Rocks
I was using the FitD large cave pieces to make some ground for a track I'm working on, I built the DL first and placed the cave-rocks afterwards... big mistake!
The collisions for the cave pieces are way over their boundaries, had to rework 90% of the track because of invisible walls resulting from the cave pieces. So if anyone is using them to make a floor for a track be very careful as the collisions are broken for the big cave pieces
Not really a support question as it's more of a feedback kind of thing....

Co-op missing assets
So, has this been fixed yet because it is prolific.. bit of PR advice: don't continue with producing DLC for a game until you fix the games core issues i.e. missing cars/ soldiers/ karma events. Every game of co-op I play I'm confronted with bugs that you would expect in an Alpha build of a game but not a product that is being sold at £45. If for nothing other than saving your reputation sort it out your practice as thus far through 2014/15 it has been nothing short of pathetic and has all but guaranteed my abstinence of purchases of Ubisoft products.

New install - game does not even start!
I have installed this game purchased through steam; game installed ok. When I launched it, the uplayer hung. I did a search on internet which says to put launcher in offline mode,, and in this manner game starts. But then, when I start a new career, after 10 minutes loading it says there is an internet issue and game could not be saved, and I will be returned to main menu.

[PC] Assassins Creed Unity - Auto-patching not working, Link to patches?
Hello,
So I just installed Assassins Creed Unity and Uplay will not download the patches automatically.
Uplay says there are no patches and the game is on version 1.0.0.
My internet connection is working and I am not using a proxy. Already tried disabling firewall or opening all ports for Uplay.
Uplay itself is up-to-date.
Because the Uplay auto-updating is not working can I install the patches manually?
Are there any direct links to Assassins Creed Unity patches? I don't mind if I need to install the patches one by one.

[PC] Problems with Nvidia Surround setup (3 monitors portrait mode)
Hi all.
I have 3 dell u2412m which are 1920x1200 in portrait mode,
so my desktop resolution is 3600x1920.
When I run The Crew (the only game, the others just work with this setup)
I got these (hud placed in the centre of the screen, uplayable):

But the biggest problem is the "one single monitor" interface, all messed up.
This is what I see when I choose a car:

Please fix it, damn. Or at least resize correctly the headquarter's menu.
No, I don't want to change to horizontal setup just for one game.
Both Metro redux, porject cars, assetto corsa, Next Car Game: Wreckfest, TerraTech,
H1Z1, work flawlessly at 3600x1920.

ok first its his hair, arno's hair is out of control if its not jumping up and down, theres a bald spot where is ponytale should be.

A question about customers' support.
When update came out, I immediately bought the special bundle with bronco's paintjob. After that I went into bugs (bunker, uplay login) like most of people, so I had to delete my app and download it again. In this process I lost my bundle, but I already paid it (obviously).
I opened a ticket three days ago, but still haven't got any answer from support team.
Now my problem is: I have to buy Cornelius outfit to get the discount and buy my new track. I don't want to spend more than I am supposed to, also because I paid for that gems..
What should I do now? Wait more?

[PC] CD key bought Uplay says its not valid ?
Hello,
I Bought a gamekey for the crew so i received the key excited to start downloading the game.
i download Uplay, wanted to activate the key and the uplay app says its invalid ?
Now i can understand that it takes some time for the server to process it.
But i tryed several times to activate it and keeps saying its invalid ?
So how to go on next and i even ****ing payed for the key ? :mad:

[PC] Where is the Speed car pack? (PC)
I have seen youtubers play The Crew and using the new Speed pack DLC cars.
I have Season pass but no Speed pack yet. I am playing on PC.
When i go to Uplay and then to ''The Crew'' and then to the DLC section it says i've got Season pass / Extreme car pack and Street edition pack
There is no Speed car pack in the lists of DLC's and i dont have it yet.
