uplay service not available

It was about 3 weeks ago when I came back to play GRFS and I face a problem when playing network it always give me the service is not available and brought me to game start screen or gives me nating problem I reset my ps3 and reset my password as per the email I have found in my mailbox and now I am trying to login to my uplay it didnt work and also the same problem of playing network is still exist by the way some times it works but in the middle if the game or in the loading before the match it kicks me out to the start screen of the game
I am at Saudi Arabia and I am really frustrated
