[PC] cant instal anno 2070

hello
i have anno 2070 i have play it a lot but my pc was not the best pc...
so i reinstalt anno many times never a problem.
but now it cant
its sad the cd-key is to many times uset

i dont no wat i most do now.

i hope some one can help my
