Game code question

I just purchased one off ebay and I'm having communication problems with the seller. Could someone tell me if FC3:BD's code should look like this:

XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

With 3 numbers instead of 4 in that first set? Thanks.

Edited to add: Never mind. The promo code didn't work the first few times, then, for whatever reason, it did. Even though I did nothing differently. Anyway, I'm downloading the game now.
