I have to admit, this is the most confused I have been in a long time on how to make something that should be turnkey - work.
Here is my issue, any help would be appreciated.
I own deluxe edition +danse +pirates+ SoD (all from impulse/gamestop).
Back in the day (i was preorderer) deluxe installed with no problems.
Later, I purchased pirates, it also installed fine.
I bought Danse last week, anticipating the town screen freeze would be fixed, and I could soon get back to the game I love but have been unable to play. It unlocked fine, but I cannot play it. No switch on the bottom right for it, no campaign option. I knew patch was just around the corner so, didn't think much of it.
Preordered SoD. Nightmare. Downloaded and applied 2.1 patch, activated my code. Nothing. Can't access SoD campaign, or anything related to SoD either. Base game loads fine, and shows version = 2.1, tho I still get the town freeze...
So, my question: Where can I go to see what content is installed in my game? Gamestop/Impulse shows all downloaded and installed, but they hand it all over to UPlay. I don't need to launch the app to play the game, only UPlay.
I am afraid to uninstall and start over, because I don't want to be told my keys are in use. I am already told this when I try to re-unlock Danse and SoD (though they gave a success message the first time).
Can anyone help? It's times like these I wish the (game) world ran on Linux!
