How to put previously completed actions onto UPlay?

I know that title seems hard to understand, but here:

I got AC2 a while back, and I got every single UPlay action for it although I hadn't made an account yet. (does it help if I tell you this is for PS3?)
I just got AC3 yesterday and made an account. I was wondering, the UPlay actions I'd done on AC2 weren't sent to any account, so I didn't get any points.
But now, it acknowledges I do have ac2, but it doesn't acknowledge that I've gotten all 4 actions.
Do I have to replay?
