UbiShop email address

Hello everyone!!

Recently I started to use a new mail address so I edited my account setting to that email.
Apparently that didn't work because the Order Confirmations from UBIShop are still sent to the older email.

This is not normal, isn't it?

what should I do?
Any advice will be well received...
