Other than perfect clutch you can increase your healing by wearing 2 pieces of 5.11. Since death grips are 5.11 you only need 1 more piece. For that i suggest the chest piece. It has 3 attributes, can roll with berserk, has 2 red slots, and the second bonus increases incoming healing by 10%. It's also becoming common to stack this with negotiators dilemma. Depending on which pieces you wear you'll have some utility slots, hopefully you saved some that have healing on them to get back even more from perfect clutch.
To wreck someone's clutch build you'll need 2 things: a shotgun build and sweet dreams, or a strong lmg build and pestilence. If you know you're fighting someone built with clutch this it's going to be tricky but it'd possible. Now the chance if a clutch build using something besides an smg are pretty slim, which means it's a close up battle. To start out with pestilence get in 5 shots for the plague debuff. If you have concussion on your mask stay with the body shots until the debuff I'd on then aim for the head. It should negate enough of the heal for you to win. Or, with a sweet dreams start off with your secondary weapon, do what you can to close the distance and switch to sweet dreams, then melee the enemy. The sandman debuff prevents all healing. Do a combat roll for the extra damage and shoot him until he goes to sleep. The bonus armor should also help with the damage you take closing the distance.
Now for the people running clutch with dilemma. It's actually fairly easy to avoid the grenade with a sweet dreams shotgun build. If you're build is good enough you'll be able to break the enemy armor with one shell. If not, even better. Because every time you shoot a shell do a roll. Once the armor breaks that grenade will come flying in and if you're rolling you'll dodge it. I did
