Bug Report - Cant Craft Nemesis

I have gone through all of the quests to get the components required. I have made the nemesis before as well on other characters, possible on this one as well but I am unsure on that. The image link below shows that i have all of the components (Stock, Barrel, Bolt, Scope, and Blueprint) and I am viewing it in the crafting table.
