I have had this issue last coupple of weeks . The gearscore I have in my Loadout screen is not what the game world use. I have been GS 251 for a coupple of day's but Elit faction missions still only drop 251 gear so i cant improve to "last" level. As other players have GS of 252 might indicate I have an issue . I have reinstalled the game in a new folder with no result in this matter.
