How do i delete all payments methods from your services

How do i delete all payments methods from your services please?

I don't have any subscription active (susspended).

I don't want anymore any subscription ( i can't cancel also ).

I can't update my payment methods!!!
( i try another cards and paypal, changing adrress too with different card owner)

I want to keep my account and i wanna delete ALL MY PAYMENTS DETAILS existing in your system please!!!
