Change Language in AC4 (PC)

Hi All

Will we be able to change/switch the language in the PC version? In our region you get the DLC "Schatz d. Schiffbrüchigen" only if you pre order the german version. But i like to play the game in english, so i have two options: Buy it without the DLC in english, or buy in in german and pray that we can change the language. I can not find any information about this topic. If i can change it, i event consider buying the more expensive version.

I tried asking the UbiSoft Shop, but the "don't know it until release" which helps absolutely nothing.

Please give us some informations.
