I personally thought that Sadiq was an impressive villain. I only wish we had more content with him but there was one thing that caught my attention near the end. Sadiq is torturing the man to release the information to him before Briggs comes in. He says to him that he will give them the information and that the only choice he has is when to stop the pain.
If you remember from the scene where Sam is interrogating Nouri in Gitmo he says the exact same thing to Nouri. That Nouri's only choice is to decide when to stop the pain. What is the coincidence that both say the exact same thing? Mind you that the Gitmo mission was before Sadiq tapped into Sam's systems through the virus so he couldn't have listened to that interrogation and picked up that phrase because he liked it.
You could say that both minds think alike when interrogating someone but it just seems a little too far. What do you think? With the open ending do you think that Sam and Sadiq have a connection that we did't see?
