Up until Herald of the Void, it has been the case that a creature is "magic" if and only if it has a magic skill requirement to cast.
This rule is still mainly followed in Herald of the Void, but has been violated by two cards: Stream Singer and Immaculate Glory. These are non-magic creature requiring magic skill to cast.
My questions are:
(a) Is this intended or an oversight?
(b) If it is intended, why the change?
Any opinions welcome :) Thank you!
As a PS, I also noticed Kitten Warrior has NO requirements at all. This may well be intended, but I thought it was interesting.
