Regarding the goggle customization and UE Pack

Apologies if this has been answered conclusively, but how do you change the goggle light colors? I haven't seen an option to do this in Multiplayer which I was hoping to be able to do, or single player. I preordered from GameStop and got the code entered but didn't see the Upper Echelon pack anywhere, so there aren't any options for the gold sonar goggles... (I got the tactical crossbow and stuff though). Any help please?

Also just a quick question, when it says Detected in SvM, does that apply only to when you're tagged? (Not seen by vision modes like sonar?)
