I figure I might as well ask Aza this. Is running your opponent out of time considered a legitimate strategy, or is it considered bad form?
The reason I ask this is because the last Swiss opponent I faced keep looping through his Angels of Mercys, Helexian Librarians, Imperial Guards, etc. He had no way to deal any damage that I could tell, but he had enough sweeper spells and enough chump blockers that he ran me out of time. I am certain I would have beaten him had there been no timer, and I'm certain running his opponents out of time was his strategy, based on how the previous two rounds of the tournament went.
So, is this considered a legitimate strategy or bad form?
