Unusual problem

Hi,

I couldn't find a soultion to my problem anywhere, so I have sent an email to support, but i thought it wont hurt to post it here too, especially it is saturday so it will take some time before Ill get my answer from support.

I bought HOMM6 few days ago, a complete edition. I played few days and got my account to lv 8 or so but the problem with black screen was killing me, and after few crashes in necro campaign I found on the Net that I should update my game to version 2.1.1 and so I did. I launched the game and here starts my problem. Even though I am logged to Uplay and it is in online mode, HOMM starts in offline mode. I see the notification "Unable to connect, re - launch the game in online mode to connect with CONFLUX (or smth similar, my version of game is not English). The button which I was pushing to connect with Conflux whenever I got disconnected is grey and I can;t press it. I can't do anything actually, just play in offline mode, which is, lets say, like eating fish&chips without chips. Or fish.

I tried turning off my firewall and antivirus but it didn't helped.

So, how can I start homm 6 in online mode to connect to Conflux and go on with my account stats?
