Cant play the game

I thought I would share this with you,as it is quite ridiculous whats been happening to me.I bought silent hunter 5 installed it activated it,started the game set up my options,then decided Id play the game later on.
I went back and was asked AGAIN to activate my game,I was the told this key was already activated,[Yes I know it was I who had already done so !!} emailed support ,heard nothing phoned uk support they told I now had reply which I did,which was send pic of key which I did again.
When I checked my reply it said my case was closed !! Ive now sent another email with pic of barcode and the game box its self.
I know that Ive probably activated the game on another Uplay account the problem is I cant remember which one,I 70 years old so maybe a wee excuse, but as I said I did start the game ok,then when I clicked the uplay icon on my desktop I hit the problem,is it really worth my while pursuing this,or just forget it altogether.:mad:
