Heroes 6 game not working, error during launch

So i bought heroes 6 a couple of days ago. Super excited to experience my old nostalgic memories of Heroes 1 I purchased Heroes 6 and was ready to play. But every time i start the game i get a message that "a problem made the programe to stop functioning correctly". I paid with my own well earned money to buy this game and as a consumer i have the right to recieve the product/service i payed for. On top of this I have to deal and spend hours on forums and support just trying to get the game working. I get very slow and late responses and I have to do complicated things on the computer to try and fix it. I don´t want to spend my free time trying to fix a game, i wanna play it.

I have requsted my money back but I get no response. I hope a game master or something with authority sees this so I can get my money back.
