Everyone likes DLC, and I am pretty sure I will buy the new MP DLC when it comes out. The big problem however, is the watering down of tghe player base. Now COD can add 50 DLC's if they want because they have the fan base. Unfortunetely, GR does not. If the new DLC is a stand alone, then people will have 3 "battle" choices, which will further cut down on the number of rooms available.
My solution is to offer the new MP DLC for $15, and offer a $5 discount for people with Arctic Strike already downloaded on their console. This way, we can still retain just 2 "battles" (Standard & Arctic/NewDLC) and stop the watering down of the fan base.
Seems very simple, and will hopeully be implemented. I am pretty sure the demand for Arctic Strike is all but over, so essentially offering it for $5 four months after release should be ok.
