Can I get Alternative Art Cards?

I saw the lowered Void Rising Box price and I just hit level 40 so I bought one. Still no Wolf Captain! @$$#!@

Any, I was viewing some Polish site of all the alternative art cards. There's quite a few.

As an avid fan, can I get these cards? Human cost is no object.
