Uplay won't accept my activation key

I purchased Might and Magic Heroer VI from steam and to play it i had to have Uplay, So i made my account and tried to enter the activation key that Steam gave me. However Uplay keep rejecting it and the boxart in the background is for a expansion pack that i didn't buy.

Do you guys have any idea what i'm doing wrong?
