[PC] Problems with Nvidia Surround setup (3 monitors portrait mode)

Hi all.

I have 3 dell u2412m which are 1920x1200 in portrait mode,
so my desktop resolution is 3600x1920.

When I run The Crew (the only game, the others just work with this setup)
I got these (hud placed in the centre of the screen, uplayable):






But the biggest problem is the "one single monitor" interface, all messed up.

Please fix it, damn. Or at least resize correctly the headquarter's menu.

No, I don't want to change to horizontal setup just for one game.

Both Metro redux, porject cars, assetto corsa, Next Car Game: Wreckfest, TerraTech,
H1Z1, work flawlessly at 3600x1920.
