There are still major issues with Far Cry 3 and I notice the same issues with Blood Dragon, if you don't get support from other users - the hope of getting your support tickets looked into, let alone solved is pretty limited. So go figure - you know the obvious reason why? -I'll tell you it is REVENUE STREAM.
It costs Ubisoft nothing if the user base come together and fix problems amongst themselves - so why bother?
I think it's a bit on the nose, that when the user base does find bug fixes and they work, they don't even bother to put it in their FAQs. Seriously piss on your customers much?
And if the user base doesn't fix it - maybe they'll be driven to call up phone support which costs 2.48 cents per hour. Realistically that's 2.50 if you're countries that round to the nearest 5 cents. So it's $150 an hour you would pay for phone support. Why bother to fix it? It's a business, it's French too - so they're arrogant as hell. And don't tell me that's racist - when it's fracking true.
But the point is - if they can make money by not supporting us - it's not like they take pride in the quality of the games, or we wouldn't see the same bugs in Blood Dragon that was in Far Cry 3?
I'm right aren't I - we don't get support because if they can save money by ignoring us they will, and if the user base can't fix it - they can charge us a **** load of money and laugh at us from high.
