SvM Game Mode Naming Convetions

So "Classic" mode has an instant bad taste in the mouths of vets as it hints that it is to be like PT/CT, and obviously it is not. On top of this "Blacklist" mode has the confusion that shares with the title's name itself, which may only have a tie in through the fact that the game's main menu melds SP, Co-Op and SvM together, but nothing else from "Blacklist" means anything in particular with the game mode.

So, without further ado I present to you the new names for the SvM modes...

SvM "Classic" would be called "Dual Duel"
SvM "Blacklist" would be called "Quad Squad"

:) There. Another problem solved.
