Hi zenchronus, I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced, as I'm sure it can be very frustrating. This is currently an issue we are aware of and have forwarded up to our development team. Please be aware that they are hard at work resolving this problem. I do not have a time-frame quite yet but will be updating you with further information once it is received. Thank you for your time and patience. ------------------ So not only is there solution to "hurry up and wait" but they will assume my problem is fixed unless they hear back from me. Oh, and it took 4 days to get even that response. Well, they will not be hearing back from me. I have already submitted for my refund from Steam. I will not be buying another Ubi game. I have so little time for gaming already that I will use my wallet to support companies that care about their customers. Paradox, THQ, Rockstar, Relic, Bioware, Firaxis, Blizzard... those are all companies I'll stand behind. Sure they've done me wrong from time to time, but the main difference is communication. Even EA gave hourly updates during SimCityGate on what they were doing. Ubi has said essentially nothing since Thursday. Thanks for nothing, Ubisoft. |
