Anti-Necro Strategy?

I've searched and read a few threads. I'm sure this has been asked already so my apologies...
How do you defeat Necro decks?
I'm having an impossible time dealing with the poison/life drain/regenerate abilities.
Yes, I just started. Yes, I picked Inferno (there wasn't alot of info available).
